Hosted at the Layton City Center Building, the one-hour event featured expert guidance from Ron R. Valentine, Owner of Valentine CPA, and Rob Simons, Registered Investment Advisor at Valentine CPA.
Seminars invite local business owners and leaders to spend a lunchbreak learning how to make their business more successful, thanks to free training from local subject matter experts. The training kicked off with how to improve your tax situation, including tax-saving strategies that reduce tax burdens.
Valentine and Simons shared their advice on how to successfully prepare for retirement and craft strategies to help build a secure retirement plan tailored to specific needs. They detailed effective family trusts and wills and how to understand the importance of updating and optimizing legal documents for peace of mind, and how to optimize Social Security, discovering ways to maximize Social Security benefits.
