This completely free, online hiring event connects local employers directly with motivated job seekers across all 29 Utah counties. Hundreds of open positions across various industries are just a few clicks away.

How to Register and Attend
Getting your foot in the door is simple. Be sure to set up your account ahead of time so you’re ready to go when the fair opens.
- Create or sign in to Your Account: This takes about five minutes.
Head over to jobs.utah.gov. If you already have an account, sign in. If you’re new, click to register as a job seeker and build your profile.
- Indicate Your Military Status: Critical for priority access.
If you are a veteran, current military member, or a military spouse, be sure to check the appropriate box in your profile to trigger your priority service status.
- Find the Event on Your Dashboard: Locate the job fair tab.
Once logged into your ‘My Job Search’ dashboard, navigate to the upcoming events or job fairs section and select the Statewide Virtual Job Fair.
- Log In and Start Chatting: On July 9 at 10:00 a.m.
Return to your dashboard when the fair goes live. You will be able to browse virtual employer booths, view open positions, submit your digital resume, and chat live with hiring managers.
Prep Workshop
If the idea of a virtual job fair sounds a bit intimidating, or if you just want to make sure your resume stands out — no problem. A Virtual Job Fair Prep Workshop will be available the day before, on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. You can choose between two convenient times:
- Morning Session: 10:00 a.m. or Afternoon Session: 1:00 p.m.
These workshops will teach you how to navigate the platform, quickly research participating companies, and master the art of the text and video chat interview. You can register for either workshop directly through your ‘My Job Search’ dashboard.
