Numerous Layton City businesses and organizations were recognized at the Standard-Examiner’s Best of Davis County Reader’s Choice Awards, where the community votes determine the winners.

Residents rallied to support their favorite local businesses, organizations, individuals, and attractions, highlighting what makes Davis County unique. Voting took place from April 26 to May 5, with the awards ceremony held on June 6 at the Young Automotive Group corporate offices in Layton.

During the voting phase, readers selected the top three finalists in each category from a list of nominees. They also had the opportunity to nominate new businesses, organizations, and individuals, ensuring the contest reflects the area’s evolving landscape and vibrant community.
